How to reach the right team

Before you buy

Not sure which cell, charger or LiFePO4 battery fits? Ask before you order: battery sales are final. Include your device model, the cell size and top style, voltage, chemistry, the continuous current you need, your charger model, and whether you need a protected or unprotected cell.

An existing order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If a package arrives damaged, send photos of the outside box, the shipping label, the packing material and the affected item, and keep everything until we reply with instructions.

Wholesale and B2B

For bulk cells, pallet and LTL quotes, purchase orders or tax-exempt purchasing, apply for a wholesale account or email your list with RFQ in the subject.

Battery safety

If a battery is swollen, hot, leaking, punctured, corroded or otherwise damaged, stop using it and contact us for general guidance. Do not ship any lithium battery back to us unless our team has given you written instructions.

Visiting

Please contact us before visiting. Our Stockbridge, GA address is for business and shipping correspondence; retail pickup and in-person support may not be available.
