They are really nice! Having a USB direct charge is really slick.. Bought these for a hand mixer! I DIY my own ejuice and I put lots of miles on my little hand mixer..
They charge up and work exactly as I need them to. Probably order more in the future. I really like doing business with 18650BatteryStore, they have been a good, no nonsense, go-to store for my lithium battery items.
These lithium rechargeable AA batteries are fantastic. They easily replace standard AA batteries, perform better, and are of course - rechargeable. I just put six of them in my portable label maker, - don't have to worry about draining the batteries any more. I have been replacing all of my AAs whenever they go dead with these. It feels good not to be filling up the trash can with old batteries. Most people don't know these exist - so be sure to spread the word!! My friends are starting to use these too.
These Epoch cells are far better than the alphabet soup brands you'll find on Amazon, or even more reputable ones such as EBL. Ask me how I know.
I ordered nine cells to replace aging Eneloops in LED lanterns. Capacity-wise, all cells tested within 5% of each other. They were also within 10% of rated capacity, which is great considering that a typical 1.5V converter circuit is only ~92-95% efficient. IR tested in the 30-50mOhm range for all cells except for one that was closer 100mOhms. I'd say I got a pretty good batch, but you should test and bin them if you're putting together a multi-cell bank for higher loads (which is really not what these AAs are meant for anyway).
I'm definitely happy with the purchase. In terms of performance and consistency, these cells beat the crap out of EBLs and other such brands you'll find in mass retail.
I don’t take photos, and so of course I don’t share any. These batteries last far longer than ordinary 1.2V AA batteries. Many years ago, I bought a UV wand for use on US Army Bachelor Officer Quarters, where I regularly spent two weeks every year for Annual Training. The wand used four AA batteries; and has an auto shut-off after 7 minutes. When the Wuhan Flu broke out, I used these batteries in the UV wand to disinfect a large number of 3M N95 particulate respirator masks I had from earlier woodworking. These batteries last for several more passes over the masks than 1.2 rechargeables. The first purchase back in 2020 are still working, but I wanted more to zap the masks my wife has started using, now that N95’s are back in stock. Before she was using disposable masks.
