The batteries were good. However the packaging could've been better. The batteries were in a plastic tube, inside a box, inside a bubble mailer. When I got it something had crushed the package and one of the plastic tubes was broken. The battery is good, just the packaging could be better.

Purchased 2 Efest 18650 35A batteries. Came fairly quick, even with all said postal delays. Put in charger to charge. One charged great, the other one did not. Still can't get the one to charge. Sent message asking about return and replacement. 2 days now and not a word. All I want is a replacement for the one not working.

First, i want to say how amazing it is dealing with the 18650batterystore.com. I have been buying and using 18650's for about 6 years and to know im getting reliable batteries at an Excellent price is priceless. I have been using these Efest 3000mah for maybe 4-5 years and love them. I had originally gotten them at my local vape shop for my vape, and continued to use for my high powered flashlights. only recenetly have i discovered vtc6 and 30q, but the efest are a quality rewrap, and only recently did i realize they were rewraps. but i still use them, they perform as good as my vtc6 from 18650batterystore. i prefer both thee efest and vtc6 over my 30q, though that could just be my bias, as they are all almost exactly the same performers for both vape and flashlights like my emisars lumintops.

I had bought the wrong batteries by mistake. I didn’t see “no refunds” on their site. The specs were EXACTLY the same, except I needed the button top ones; the site did not say they weren’t button top. The rep offered replacement ones that “might” work. $20 plus shipping down the drain!!

I've been faithful to the brand Efest batteries. These types of batteries has lasted me several yrs. And after 3+ yrs its beginning to show its weaker side so I found nearly the only online store with a great deal. But I will tell anyone, don't settle yourself short on cheaply made batteries. They can't hold a candle to Efest. I definitely feel like I can run my old batteries for another +yr until I swap to the new ones I just bought.
