All battery sales are final, and accessory sales are final too. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. If you are unsure which cell fits your device or charger, ask us before you buy.
Shipping
Online international shipping is currently offered to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout. For large-volume orders outside the United States and Canada, contact us so we can review freight options.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern generally begin processing the next business day. Delivery times are carrier estimates, and you will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
USPS, UPS and FedEx. The options and rates for your order are shown at checkout. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so choose a USPS option for a P.O. Box address.
