It's a great charger has a cut off does it's job safely. Only downside is taking the first battery out when charging two. You cant get a secure grip on the battery without getting smacked by contact plates and if your being careful it tends to launch the first one. Could be ID10T error.

Very compact and handy to charge an 18650 battery or 2 batteries. Charges at a 500 ma rate so it may take a little longer than some other chargers. But it also doesn't cause the battery to heat up. Using a 5 volt USB charger makes it very versatile. A keeper.

I bought this charger along with my 18650 batteries. The XTAR MC2 charger did good on charging the batteries. I previously read some reviews stated the charger LEDs did not turn green when complete charging. That's incorrect. The LED indicators show green when charging is done. The charger is well built; and the price is very reasonable. I would rate it 5 stars; but one thing is the batteries are little hard to be removed from the charger when done charging. I had to use my finger nails to pry them out from the top of the batteries.

Compact & efficient Works on multiple sizes, but I've only tried it on 18650s. Charges without overheating, but batteries do get a bit warm naturally. Indicator lights help with charge status.
