I originally bought batteries from an eBay sight that claimed they were rated at 9800 mah, to build a battery pack for my HP Elitebook x360 notebook. I only got an extra 1.5 hrs of runtime and was very disappointed. Then I found out that ALL 18650 batteries claiming that were FAKE!! So I intentionally sought out a site that sold GENUINE batteries and bought these. Instead of just 1.5hrs, I got a full TEN hrs runtime. Needless to say, I'm very pleased. The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating is that I'm always reluctant to give that rating to something new when how long it last is an important factor.

Nice battery and tested a little lower than its advertised rating with my test set up. But definitely not a bad battery. Resistance (or Impedance) I measured was 22 mohms which was lower than I found in the data sheet. I will see how it stands up to the other 3 batteries I purchased. Two that were cheaper and one the same price.
