It will keep the batteries from rolling around in the bottom of your pocket book, but the closure on this case is SOOOO aggravating! I mean, I would buy it again for $1.99, but it's hard to open/close & I feel like I'm gonna break it.

Great but too big
Too big for the batteries and they move around a lot. Definitely durable and solid otherwise but the batteries do not stay put.
