    Capacity = Runtime. There can be many factors that correlate to how many miles you will get from your battery but in general a higher capacity will equate to longer run times.

    Max Continuous Discharge = The max power your battery can output on a continuous basis for the duration of the cycle. If you use your golf cart for long but steady higher speed drives, a higher max continuous discharge is recommended. For a stop and go GOLF outing, a lower discharge is likely to be sufficient.

    *Attempting to run your battery at higher than rated discharge levels will cause the battery management system to go into timeout mode to prevent damage to the battery cells. This will cause it to shutdown completely for a period of time.

    Max Pulse Discharge = This is for those instances when you might need a little extra power like going up a steep incline.
