They are the panasonic NCR18650BD rewraped. The spec says max charge us 2A but I've been charging at 3 and so far no problems. I only discharge at 7A and they stay cool. Gets kinda warm on charge, but holding up OK so far.

Works great when they make contact with the vape terminals. They worked for a while, then they stopped making contact with my Sigelei vape. The positive end is a bit beneath the protective cover and the negative end is concave -- enough to cause a faulty or no connection with the terminals. Have tried in two different vapes and same result. So, as of now -- they can't be used in spite of being fully charged.
