Batteries make my Nitecore I8 charger click loudly When trying to use these batteries in my nitecore I8 it caused the charger to very audibly and loudly click and it got super hot. I've charged 4 batteries at once before on this charger and never had that issue before

It Came With No Battery. When I Talked To A Rep. From Your Store, He Said The 30Q Was What I Needed, I Ordered Two. My Laser Is Supposed To Pop Balloons And Start A Fire, And Burn Wood. The 30Q Did Not Work. Please Tell Me What Battery I Need. Facebook Still Shows The Same Adds Only They Change The Name Of The Laser. Please Get Back With Me.

Good batteries, but... The batteries came with a clear shrink wrap around the individual batteries in addition to the lavender wrap pictured. The layer of clear increased the diameter just enough to prohibit inserting the batteries into our Extreme Beam flashlight. Pealing the clear wrap off did the trick, and the batteries work as expected. Not sure if the clear wrap is from Samsung or from the reseller, but it is an unnecessary aggravation.

Great Batterues, Great Prices Bought Samsung 18650 batteries for my work flashlight, they were dead when arrived as stated on invoice, took 24hrs to charge but they work like a charm, bought many other brands on other sites but they did not very long in my light and had to be replaced within 6 months, was worried when i purchased these because i never heard of the battery store and was worried about fakes, but believe me, these are the real deal at great prices. I plan on buying more in the future.

Work Great in the Crane 2 Gimbal While slightly longer, they still fit, and with 50% more mAh vs. stock (rated at 18hrs), they last a very, very long time per charge. The gimbal only needs a max of 6A, so 15A is plenty (other stock replacements rated at 10A). For $18 (3 batteries + shipping), a great deal vs. the proprietary batteries for other gimbals!

Excelent customer service Battery is great, however I want this review to be about your customer service. I am pretty clueless to batteries apparently. I thought a battery was a battery with some minor differences so, I emailed you all asking a couple questions and your customer service rep Chris, quickly replied and was so super helpful. I kept asking questions and Chris was again, so quick to send helpful very useful replies. I thought I wanted a certain battery (that was a little more money than Chris had recommended), Chris again, replied that although I could buy the other one, that this one that was recommended was all i needed. So, i bought 25 of them instead of just buying 1 to try out. I felt comfortable with the help and trusted it. Thank you again Chris, I will be buying again.

So Far So Good Got 3 of these cells for a new Sofirn SP36. That's a 6000 Lumen output light. The mismatched batteries I put in it to test wouldn't sustain turbo for more than a couple seconds. The Samsung 30Q cells are performing admirably and are still running on the initial charge. So far so good.
