I already have several battery chargers but only one of them could charge protected 21700 cells because of the length of the batteries. The one I had was fine except it is fully automatic and you can’t control anything. Well not with this new VapeCell charger. The protected 21700’s fit just fine and you can control the charge rate( and by the way this will charge 4 cells at 3000mah if you really need a quick charge) and it will discharge, and has capacity test and repair and you can control the rate on everything or just put them in and let it do it for you. Measures the internal resistance and will charge, discharge at the appropriate level. Build quality is good and you can’t beat the price for everything it will do. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Great charger, beeps when batteries are done, so you don't need to look to check. Great option for any electronics/battery experience level. Very easy to use.

I’ve owned many battery charges. The Vapcell is king. Super quick with just enough information on display, charge etc. And it beeps when your charge is complete.

Really nice charger with ability to discharge and measure capacity. I bought mainly for these two functions. It's easy to use, display is sharp and clear. Build quality looks good.

This Vapcell S4 plus fast charger is THE BEST charger I've ever bought! I had the Nitecore D4, D2, and recently bought the Nitecore UMS4. My D2 stopped working after 2 years. D4 still works but it's dying. The UMS4 is THE WORST of it all my Nitecore charges because it's power comes from a Micro-USB which pushed so little power that you can't charge more than 2 batteries at a time! If you try to charge and fill all four slots it'll take a couple days for them to be complete! Why Nitecore switched from a DC power plug to a micro USB makes me think that Nitecore engineers are quite stupid as an I for buying without realizing this fact! My Vapcell S4 can independently charge each battery in their slots simultaneously! Each slot pushes 3A each so one slot could be charging, another repairing, another doing a capacity test and they do this all independently! It can also charge different sizes batteries all at the same time pushing 3 Amps each slot. The S4 charging four batteries simultaneously gets the job done in minutes not hours! Charging my LGs X4 took only 50 minutes unlike the UMS4 would take 2-3 DAYS all bcz it only uses a Micro USB as it's main power source! And a micro USB cable can't even utilize a high powered 3.0 USB outlet! If you are looking for an awesome charger that comes with a DC power converter as it's power supply, then buy this Vapcell S4 plus fast charger! Highly recommended!

I really like this charger, with a few exceptions. I like the fanless design. My opus btc-3100 and my skyrc fans can be intrusive, however this does cause the temps to head upwards. I think the hottest I have seen on a lion has been 61c which, so far, has not caused any problems with the cells. I wish all 4 slots could discharge @ 1a but this limitation is likely related to the absence of a fan. compared to my Skyrc it is very accurate on capacity and I have only had 1 AAA time out on charging. compared to my opus, all the data on a battery is on one screen, but harder to compare all of the cells at once. This could easily take care of 99% of my needs, the only thing it doesn't do is charge lifep04. For the price, it is a great charger. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

One of the best chargers you may find on the matkt I have some other chargers BUT I ordered this one because it seems it is the fastest on the market claiming 3A for all four slots at the same time. It works great and controls the heat even if you switch to manual and set it on 3A. You can also repair bad or dead batteries using this charger, has USB port to use it as a power bank, and also discharge your batteries if you need to. They are offering a Great price for this product. I found it for about $55 on Amazon. Order it specially if charging time is important for you.

Nice analyzing charger. This is charger is overall great for the money. One of only two chargers in production that can do 4 x 3 amp if that's what you are looking for. My only nitpick and why it didn't receive 5 stars is the internal resistance measurement is very finicky and can vary by as much as 100 mOhm each time you place a battery in to charge, while this doesn't bother me much it does affect the charge/discharge rate.

Decent rapid charger Bought two of these chargers from 18650Batterystore. They seem to work well. The display shows a wide array of information about the battery status and charge status. It can charge pretty much all of the small Li and Nimh batteries that are around. I don't like that the display blacks out (to save power) after a few seconds. You have to keep pressing a button to turn the display on. One of the blue power indicator LED's is barely illuminated on one of the two chargers (quality control issue), but the unit seems to work fine. Charge port #1 seems to charge a bit quicker than the remaining ports. Overall a good charger with true 3A charging possible in manual mode in all 4 ports. Other chargers can max charge in one port only.

Good versatile charger Very nice quality for the price. Seems to work great and replaces a couple of other older chargers I own with this one unit. I really like the battery capacity test function.
