All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product regardless of whether it has been used or not. The reason for this is we cannot verify if a battery has been used or not. Please choose items carefully as batteries can be very specific to certain products.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide photos or video of the damage.
Our customer service will work with you on an individual case basis to remedy the situation.
Defective Cells (Dead on arrival)
If you receive a battery which is DOA (completely dead and will not charge), please contact us within 5 days of accepted delivery. We will accept these cells to be returned for a replacement under the following conditions:
- Batch/Serial numbers will be checked to verify the cells originated from our warehouse.
- Battery must be new/unused without any signs of use.
- All original packaging must be included.

We will issue you an RMA to return the DOA cells. Once the cells have been received and tested to be DOA, a replacement order will be issued at no cost. After the 5 day window has passed, our DOA guarantee will expire and no DOA return will be accepted.
