December 2020 - Shipping Update

Dec 21, 2020 - Slowly delivering

We have noticed about 80% of our USPS shipments have been delivered as of today.  Average delivery is about 2-3 weeks, not close to the 2-3 day service USPS advertises.

We expect another two weeks before the situation resolves itself and we can begin to offer the USPS shipping option again.

FedEx and UPS deliveries have not seen any delays so we are recommending these services for now.

Dec. 15, 2020 - USPS Gridlocked

As of Dec. 15th, the USPS situation has not improved.

- “We’re really gridlocked all over the place,” said a USPS Postal Service transportation manager

- Private express carriers FedEx and UPS have cut off delivery service for some retailers, sending massive volumes of packages to the Postal Service.

Dec. 11, 2020. - We have suspended the USPS shipping option.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx until after the holidays.

From USPS.com website

"Alert: USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering the holidays to you."

If your order has already shipped via USPS and is currently stuck in transit.

We want to assure you that you will receive your order.  Even if the tracking number is not showing any scans, we can confirm all orders have been shipped and just may take some time to reach their destination.

Currently, it seems to be about a two week delivery time but this is general and differs for each area of the country.

If, after multiple weeks, your shipment is still not showing any scans or movement whatsoever, please contact us to request a refund/reshipment.

We want to thank you for your patience during these challenging times!
