I haven't used these yet. I'm having trouble sourcing battery holders that will accept the 70mm long button top, protected cell.

Love it - was trying to find batteries online and stumbled across this amazing specific website. The batteries came in a really handy padded zip-up case that can hold 4 cells. It's awesome to see companies that package their products with useful packaging instead of just wrapping them in plastic. The cells work great, have charging indicator lights that flip from red to green when full, and charge easily from my computer.

Appear to be great and really like they have micro usb connection in each battery. Hopefully they will live up to the 3.5 Ahr ratings. I have them in my brightest flashlight right now.

Bought three 18650 USB batteries. I like the batteries, but unfortunately, they only came with a single USB cable for charging. It's rather inconvenient given that they they take a long time to charge. I'm going to have to buy extra cables.
I tried contacting customer service on-line and via the phone, but nobody ever got back to me. Minus one star for lack of customer service.

What a cool idea! Put a charging port ON THE BATTERY! You know there's not always a charger handy, but with the micro USB charge port, you don't care because wires are literally everywhere.

Ordered 4 18650 8A batteries and received them in less of a week. One of the 4 would not charge but was quickly replaced within a week without any questions. The batteries seem to keep their charge very well (I have had them for only 5 days). I would give EPOCH's customer service a 10 for their responsive service and am extremely happy with their batteries. The USB charging capability is unique and very user friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing a 18650 battery to buy this product.

Love the batteries. I bought 4 and the USB charging is great. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 never shows a green charged light. It seems to be working OK, but never sure if it is at full charge. I still highly recommend as there is no additional charger required when traveling etc.. So far great running life. I would recommend.

I’ve tested the capacity of both these 18650 lithium ion batteries. The are good, and show a consistent 3500+ mAh. Weighs in at 50g. This is incredible at this is probably the maximum capacity a battery of this chemistry could possibly have. (I maybe wrong but this is to the best of my knowledge)

I recently purchased a flashlight that I really like. However, the included battery was not very good. It didn't hold a charge very long and it didn't have overcharge protection.
I decided to keep the flashlight and upgrade the battery. Glad I did. After upgrading to an Epoch battery from 18650 Battery Store, it now lasts forever and I no longer have to be concerned about overcharging it.
